Eng Luis Sierra has 34 years of experience and provided geotechnical engineering consulting services for various private and public funded projects within Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Dominica and other Lesser Antilles. He has been involved in Geotechnical Investigations for serveral important projects such as the North Coast Superaqueduct of PR, the Tren Urbano, Rio La Plata Flood Control and Engineering Services to all DOD activities (NAVY,ARMY & AIR FORCE) within the Caribbean. Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, ST. Croix, St. Thomas USVI and Puerto Rico.
In 1994, Eng Sierra founded Aqua Drilling Inc. a water well construction business. Aqua Drilling has constructed many water supply wells to commercial, pharmaceutical, hotel and agricultural facilities. Typical works included deep well drilling, water pumping tests, water sampling, pump controls, pump system automatization and well maintenance.
